Roll the pastry with scrambled eggs and sausage


Ingredients

    
1 sheet puff pastry dough
     3 eggs
     5-6 slices of smoked cheese
     three sausages
     oil prepared sausages.
     pinch of salt

Method

Thaw pastry dough at room temperature.

Meanwhile fry the sausages in a little oil, turning them from side to side to brown nicely.

Mix three eggs with a little salt.
