Vegetable stew with soy


ingredients

     frozen yellow beans
     1 green pepper
     2 tomatoes
     4 potatoes
     soy schnitzel
     vegetation
     pepper
     oregano
     basil
     garlic granules
     a few leaves of parsley

Preparation

  Rinse the potatoes and peppers, peeled potatoes cut them into rings, pepper seeded and cut it lengthwise and chopped tocam. Rinse and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Take a pan put peppers, tomatoes and potatoes, we give the water enough to cover and boil until potatoes are soft.

When potatoes are cooked add the chopped tomatoes, parsley, granulated garlic, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and vegetable and let boil about 15 minutes then take off the heat.

Take a saucepan, put about 1 liter of water, add soy and let boil about 20 to 25 minutes over medium heat. When they sneak boiled water. Season with salt, pepper, vegetable and garlic.
