Portuguese Salad (tomatoes appetizer)

ingredients

     4 eggs
     400 gr.roşii
     100 gr.sardina oil
     1 lemon
     100 gr.maioneza (home)
     One leg. parsley
     salt and pepper

Preparation

Hard boiled eggs and cut in half.

Pick their tomatoes.

Every red egg sits one half, place one piece of sardine, place mayonnaise and garnish with parsley.
