ingredients
For the dough we need:
a sachet of dry yeast
700 grams of wheat flour
400 ml warm water
2 tablespoons oil
a pinch of salt (or to taste)
1-2 teaspoons of oregano
For the filling we need:
2 eggs
a small chicken breast
a sweet red peppers
2 onions, dried, from suitability
a small zucchini
200 gr cheese
200 gr cheese Delaco
few small tomatoes (the yard)
4-6 tablespoons raw corn
leaflet some basil
For the sauce we need:
50 ml of mineral water
100 ml tomato juice
a spoonful of broth
some crushed tomatoes
1-2 cloves of garlic
spices to taste: salt, chilli, oregano
Preparation
In a bowl pour warm water content sachet dried yeast, mix until completely homogeneous and leave the bowl in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.
In a larger bowl, add flour and seasonings to taste (salt and oregano), mix to incorporate uniform and add the yeast leavened. Knead the dough, pouring warm water little by little. Add the oil and continue kneading until the dough is elastic and sticky obtained.
Cover the bowl with a clean washcloth and refrigerate it for several hours, during which they will double.
After the dough has risen enough, divide it into two equal parts and each of these stretches two sheets suitable for argaz tray (or other similar).
Brush pan with a little oil, place a sheet of dough here and there pricked with a fork. A grease then sprinkle a little tomato sauce and oregano to taste.
