500 ml water
6 tablespoons raw sugar
1 lime
Preparation
Mix the eggs with the sugar until it triples its volume and lighten. A thin oil is added while mixing at low speed. Pie charts break into small pieces with your hands. If you have frozen sheets let them thaw and then they break. Greek yogurt mix it with baking powder ... attention to yogurt !!! in contact with the baking powder will swell in seconds, so keep an eye on him.
Add the yogurt and honey to foam eggs and mix slowly, then the pieces of the pie sheets in several installments, mix well to be completely covered in batter. Place mixture into a greased pan with tempered little olive oil.
It is so hot oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, until golden brown on top.
For syrup: sugar caramelizes, add water and crushed lime peel. It gives off the heat and leave until all the sugar has melted. Add the juice of 1 lime.
If you use too little lime juice 2 Limete or if you have used lemons.
Let the syrup cool, but no need to be cold. When the pie is done, let cool for 5 minutes and then put the syrup over the pie. Pie will absorb all the syrup. Really let it cool, portion and serve. It will be well !!!
