Cocoa and Coconut Muffins

ingredients

     For the muffins:
     250 gr flour
     175 g sugar
     1 packet Coconut Dr Oetker
     4 tablespoons cocoa Dr Oetker
     1 sachet baking powder, Dr Oetker
     200 ml of milk
     1 egg
     50 ml of oil
     1 teaspoon coconut
     For decoration:
     1 sachet of Dr Oetker mousse desserts
     150 ml cold milk
     decorated hearts for Dr Oetker

Preparation

Preheat oven to medium heat.

In a bowl place the dry ingredients and the liquid in another. Add liquids to dry ingredients bowl. Mix gently.

Put paper in the tray of muffins muffins and distribute evenly composition. Dam tray from oven and let about 20-25 minutes. After the first ten minutes, we let the fire small. Remove from oven and let cool.

Meanwhile, prepare the topping as directed on package. Apply mousse cream on muffins and decorated with hearts.
