For a form having a diameter of 24 cm:
Blat:
200g digestive biscuits
150 g butter
No cream. 1:
250g mascarpone
100 gr cheese cake (from Lidl)
150 gr whipped cream
5 g gelatin
water as being gelatin coated
100 g sugar
4 sachets vanilla sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Salt 1 knife edge
No cream. 2:
150 gr cheese cake
150 gr whipped cream
100 g sugar
200 g strawberries
5 g gelatin
water as being gelatin coated
Salt 1 knife edge
In addition:
300 gr strawberries
50 g of cream
Preparation
First prepare a round shape with removable walls that lined the inside with foil food.
Put the butter in a pot on the fire, melted.
Crumble the biscuits with a blender and put them in a bowl.
Pour melted butter over them and mix them well showing a homogeneous paste that get in shape lined with foil and hand stretch, uniform layer.
Give shape to prepare the cream in the refrigerator.

I mixed it all from the beginning.
For the cream 1, start with gelatin which we hydrated in water to cover it.

Dam retrain refrigerate several hours until the creams are sufficiently cohesive to be the cheesecake portion.
I've kept it in the refrigerator over night.

It came out a treat, the only drawback for me was that I got some really sweet biscuits, but I reduced the sugar to cream and compensated.
In addition strawberry cream was tangy, just right and I added those strawberries over top, all the more blur of sweet biscuits.
I took some oat biscuits from Lidl, I knew they would be so sweet.
