Chicken Sour Soup

Ingredients
-Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (cubed)
-Summer Squash, 1 medium (cubed)
-Onions, raw, 1 small (chopped)
-Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (chopped)
-Carrots, raw, 2 medium (grated)
-Parsley, 10 sprigs (chopped)
-Lovage / Leustean (Herb for sour soups) - 1 serving = 10 sprigs, 1 serving (chopped)
-Chicken Broth, 1000 mL (it makes itself if you just boil the chicken breast with salt)
-Chicken legs, wing and 1 breasts, 1 bone (maybe leave skin on for richer flavor, but remove it -before adding veggies)
-Salt, 1 tbsp (or to your taste)
-Egg, fresh, 1 medium (add in the end)
-Lemon 1 piece
-Fresh cream 100 mL

Preparation
Cube and boil the chicken breast in 1 liter of water. 
Meanwhile, chop, grate, dice all ingredients, except for the egg.
When chicken is done, add the veggies and the lemon juice and let them boil. 
When the veggies are boiled, beat the egg with cream and slowly add some of the boiling soup to it while still whisking. Add it to the soup, leave it one more minute and ready!
